Sr. Business Development Executive – Upwork

Ossols Private Limited. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development profiles to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork, with a proven track record of winning projects and delivering successful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a winning strategy for bidding on Upwork to generate leads, secure new clients, and increase revenue.
  • Conduct research, analyze clients’ requirements, and develop proposals that meet their needs.
  • Ensure proposals are well-written, professional, and aligned with our organization’s branding and messaging.
  • Manage multiple client relationships, communicating with clients regularly to keep them updated on the status of their projects.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their queries promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously monitor and improve our Upwork bidding process to optimize results and efficiency.Market Competitive Salary + Incentives
    Night Shift (9 pm to 6 am)
    Monday – Friday
